Vinyasa Yoga

Accessible to all levels

Join early rising Exchange attendees for an inspiring morning yoga class that is designed to be accessible to those newer to yoga or an experienced yogi.  This class utilizes foundational yoga postures while showing you how to move with your breath and focus your attention.  This well-balanced flow class will get you out of your head and in to your body and your breathing.  Expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.  Modifications to accommodate any skill level, limitation, or injury are always welcome. 

Interval Training – Boot camp

The Fun Run is on a hiatus this year, but never fear; we expect it to return for the 2020 conference!  If a high energy wake-up call is more your speed, sign up for our fitness boot camp style exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.  This class will target every area with a full body workout.

How to save your spot for these activities

Register for these sessions after August 1st by adding it to your personal scheduler. These sessions have a limited number of spaces and will fill up, so please remember you are holding a spot by adding the session to your scheduler.  If you are not going to attend, please remove it from your schedule to free the spot for another attendee.
