The Emerson Global Users Exchange Conference was developed to provide end users with a valuable exchange of information among process manufacturers, end users and Emerson experts. The unique opportunity offers peers the ability to network, view and offer input about developing Emerson technologies and to take away new knowledge, ideas and techniques to help maximize assets and increase profitability.

Yes, your ticket to the Thursday Networking Event is included in your full conference registration pass price. If you purchased a day pass (one, two, or three day) and selected Thursday as one of your days, then you are invited to attend the Thursday evening event.
Unfortunately, we do not sell individual tickets to the Thursday Networking Event. Guests need to be registered with Emerson Exchange ($150 Guest Pass) in order to attend the event.
The Emerson Global Users Exchange, at the direction of its User-driven Board of Directors, is unable to grant refunds after the August 23rd cancellation deadline, due to financial guarantees made to suppliers and the host hotels. For your reference, a copy of the conference cancellation policy, as issued with registration confirmations and as published on our website, is shown below:
Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing via confirmed email to the EmersonExchange@emerson.com. All paid-in-fees/monies will be refunded for cancellations received on or before August 23rd, 2019. After this date no refunds can be made.
Same company personnel substitutions may be made at any time. Please send a request to EmersonExchange@emerson.com to transfer a registration and provide the full name, email and company of the new registrant. Hotel room cancellations must be handled directly with the hotel.

**Please note the busiest registration day for Emerson Exchange is Sunday afternoon/evening and Monday morning. You may encounter a wait (up to 10 minutes) if you pick up your badge during peak hours; please plan accordingly.

You can request a visa letter during registration. Emerson Exchange will issue a letter of invitation for you. Please note you must be registered for the conference in order for us to provide this to you.
A complete library of post conference presentations will be made available for conference attendees on Emerson Exchange 365 a few weeks after the conference. Registered attendees will be notified when these are available.
The 2019 Emerson Global Users Exchange Conference in Nashville is expected to be around 3,000 attendees.
Session descriptions will be available on the website and online Session Catalog in May.
Conference attendees and their registered guests receive all breakfast and lunch meals, as well as beverages and appetizers at the Technology Exhibit receptions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and at the Thursday Networking Event.

Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) or Professional Development Hours (PDHs) will be awarded for Educational Services course participation only. PDHs are 1 per instructional hour and CEUs are .1 for each instructional hour. Courses are each 4 hours long, thus you will earn either 4 PDHs or .4 CEUs, depending on the course.
