The Call for Presentations for the 2013 Emerson Exchange conference is now closed. Thanks to all of you who contributed to the more than 756 abstracts that were submitted before the March 18th deadline. You have challenged the Presentations Committee with a formidable review and selection task. Your willingness to share your ideas and experiences ensure that the technical and management content for the 2013 conference will be second to none.
The Presentations Committee is already hard at work reviewing the abstracts and will advise presenters of their decision in the very near future. They will also post updated conference content to the website as soon as it is available, enabling attendees to review the Workshops, Short Courses and other sessions planned for the event.
I encourage you to go ahead and begin making your plans to attend the Emerson Exchange at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, Texas. Please take the time now to mark the Emerson Exchange dates on your calendar, September 30 – October 4, 2013. For your convenience, on-line registration will open June 1st at the Emerson Exchange website, www.EmersonExchange.org.
I look forward to joining you and your colleagues at the 2013 Emerson Exchange – to help you, and me, in our task of Combining the Elements.
Tracy Waller, Chairman - Board of Directors
