2016 Conference Registration Packages


Full Conference
Access to all conference workshops, courses and exhibitions, certified training sessions, meals, exhibition reception and networking events.

Early Bird Registration* June 1 – August 31 $995 EXPIRED
Advanced Registration September 1 – September 30 $1,195  EXPIRED
Regular Registration October 1 – October 28 $1,395

Daily Passes
Access to exhibit hall, workshops, courses, certified training sessions and meals for the amount of days specified in the package.

One Day Registration $450
Two Day Registration $800
Three Day Registration $1,200

Guest Registration
For guests of registered conference attendees (i.e. family members); includes meals and social events only. Guest passes are required for children age 5 and older. Children 4 and under do not need a guest pass.

Guest Registration $150

*Selection of the Early Bird Registration package indicates that the attendee agrees to stay at one of the following host hotels: JW Marriott, Hilton Austin, Marriott Residence Inn, Marriott Courtyard, Hyatt Place, Hampton Inn & Suites.  In addition, attendee name must appear on the “Emerson Exchange” conference room block register at one of the named host hotels.

Hotel and Travel accommodations are not included in registration fees. Please reference the Hotel page on this website for more information.

Emerson Global Users Exchange is intended for:

  • End users – individuals who are actively using Emerson Process Management’s products, systems, and services to control process plants
  • Exhibiting Alliance Partners – complementary suppliers who are part of Emerson’s Alliance Partner program (this is by invitation only)
  • Exhibiting Third Party Suppliers – other complementary suppliers (this is by invitation only)
  • Invited speakers, presenters or panel members
  • Emerson Process Management employees, including our Sales organizations

Sorry, we are unable to accept checks, purchase orders, wire transfers or cost center transfers.

Once your registration has been processed, a receipt will be emailed to you with full confirmation of your registration details.

Cancellation Policy and Registration Transfers

Notice of cancellation must be emailed to the Registration Team at

All paid-in-fees/monies will be refunded for cancellations received on or before September 23, 2016. After this date no refunds can be made.

Same company personnel substitutions may be made at any time. Please contact the Registration Team to transfer a registration. Hotel room cancellations must be handled directly with the hotel.
