It’s Oktoberfest at the Emerson Exchange Networking Event at the Home of Superbowl LII – US Bank Stadium!  A lively Biergarten will be constructed on half of Vikings Field, where you will find plenty of networking opportunities with your fellow attendees while you enjoy the sights, sounds and tastes of a traditional Oktoberfest tent.  Take your skills and competitive streak to the field and compete for bragging rights in the Punt, Pass, & Kick activity on the other half of the field.   Sign up to take a backstage tour of the entire stadium or just kick back in the field level lounge and watch all the action – either way, don’t miss the opportunity to network with your fellow attendees.  Join in the spirit and wear your favorite team jersey!

Where do I sign up?

In order for us to prepare in advance for your arrival, we are requesting that you sign up during the registration for Exchange. Your RSVP will be requested again in late September as we know your plans might change from the time you registered for Exchange.
(NOTE: This event is included in the price of your registration fee and the guest registration fee.)

Are my guests able to come with me?

Absolutely!  All registered guests, including children, are able to participate in this fun experience.  Just remember to include all guests on the RSVP and make sure the guest registration fees ($150/guest) are paid in full.

You can register your guest(s) by logging back into the registration site under your login profile. After logging in, click “Purchase Registration Items” next to the Purchase Items section. This will allow you to add packages to your account. You can enter a different credit card than the one used to purchase your registration when you get to the payment page.

Please note that guest passes are not required for children age 4 and under.

Getting There

US Bank Stadium is located on Chicago Ave. at S. 4th Street, just a short distance from the Minneapolis Convention Center.  Round trip transportation will be provided from the Minneapolis Convention Center and Conference Hotels.  Driving is discouraged, however should you choose to drive, parking is available on a first come first served basis at the First Covenant Church Parking Lot at 810 S. 7th Street.  The Entrance for the Networking Event is located on 6th between 11th and Chicago.

What should I wear?

Attire is casual and comfortable shoes are recommended in the event you choose to participate in the sports-related activities.  You are encouraged to wear the jersey of your favorite sports team.
