Jeff Civillico is a Las Vegas Headliner, TV Host Personality, and Philanthropist. He has headlined with Caesars Entertainment for 5 years, having performed 1000+ shows at The Flamingo, and now The Paris Hotel & Casino. When Jeff’s not on stage, he’s on camera— hosting everything from Las Vegas ABC Morning Show “The Morning Blend” to Entertainment-News show “The Weekend in Vegas.” Jeff is also the Founder & Chairman of Win-Win Entertainment, a 501c3 non-profit which connects performers with direct service opportunities with hospital patients, seniors, servicemen and women, and those with special needs. After arranging 200+ charity shows in 2015, Win-Win Entertainment began its national expansion with Chapters now operating in Salt Lake City and Minneapolis in addition to Las Vegas. Jeff serves on the board of several organizations including his alma mater Georgetown University, Las Vegas Academy of the Arts, and The Greater Good Council of Las Vegas.

3M Materials Resource Division
Rob Sentz is an instrumentation and controls engineer for 3M Company and supports 3M’s internal specialty materials division. He graduated with a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree from North Dakota State University in 1989 and is a registered Professional Engineer in Minnesota. He started his career working for a local Emerson business partner executing control systems projects for a variety of customers using Provox and RS3 DCS systems. Rob moved to 3M in 1997. He started with the corporate Process Instrumentation and Control Systems department. Rob implemented and managed control systems projects for multiple divisions within 3M using a variety of PLC’s and Provox DCS systems. In 2005, Rob moved to a manufacturing facility and focused on supporting operations by resolving process equipment and control systems issues. He started his current position with Manufacturing Technology in 2008. In this roll, Rob supports process equipment and control systems at all division manufacturing facilities. He is driving new instrumentation, control system technology and standards for the division and is the program manager for modernizing legacy control systems to DeltaV.
Rob lives in Burnsville, MN with his wife and children. He is active supporting his children, local school teams and activities and enjoys outdoor activities and travel.

Michael H. Train leads the Automation Solutions business of Emerson, which posted sales of
$9.0 billion in fiscal 2016. The Automation Solutions business team serves customers in the
process, hybrid, and discrete industries with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and service
capabilities distributed throughout the world.
Train began his career with Emerson in 1991 as an international planner, then took on
additional responsibilities in a number of executive posts that included serving as President of
Emerson Japan and Korea, VP of Corporate Planning, President of Emerson Process
Management Asia Pacific, and President of Emerson’s Rosemount business. He was most
recently President of Global Sales for Emerson Process Management.
Train earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from General Motors Institute and an
MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He currently
serves on the management school’s advisory council and was a 2008 Eisenhower Fellowship
