The Emerson Global Users Exchange Conference was developed to provide end users with a valuable exchange of information among process manufacturers, end-users and Emerson experts.  The unique opportunity offers peers the ability to network, view and offer input about developing Emerson technologies and to take away new knowledge, ideas and techniques to help maximize assets and increase profitability.

The following meals/receptions are also included:

  • Breakfast – Monday through Friday
  • Lunch – Monday through Thursday
  • Reception – Monday through Wednesday evening
  • Offsite Reception – Thursday evening

You may purchase guest passes ($150 each) during registration. If you have already registered and wish to add a guest pass (or multiple guest passes), please log back in to your account and click “Purchase Registration Items”. Please note that guest passes are required for anyone 5 years or older. Children 4 and under do not need a guest pass to attend. A guest pass includes breakfast and lunch Monday – Friday, exhibit hall evening reception Monday – Wednesday, a special guest event on Tuesday afternoon, Music Jam and the Thursday evening event only. It does not include access to conference sessions. 
Yes, your ticket to the Thursday Networking Event is included in your full conference registration pass price. If you purchased a day pass (one, two, or three day) and selected Thursday as one of your days, then you are invited to attend the Thursday evening event. 
We unfortunately are not selling individual tickets to the Thursday Networking Event. Guests need to be registered with Emerson Exchange ($150 Guest Pass) in order to attend the event.
The Emerson Global Users Exchange, at the direction of its User-driven board of directors, is unable to grant refunds after the September 1st cancellation deadline, due to expenditure guarantees made to suppliers and the host hotel. For your reference, a copy of the conference cancellation policy, as issued with registration confirmations and published on our website, is shown below:

Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing, via confirmed email to the All paid-in-fees/monies will be refunded for cancellations received on or before September 1st, 2017. After this date no refunds can be made.

Same company personnel substitutions may be made at any time. Please send request to to transfer a registration and provide the full name, email and company of the new registrant. Hotel room cancellations must be handled directly with the hotel.

**Please note the busiest registration day for Emerson Exchange is Sunday afternoon/evening and Monday morning. Due to a variety of reasons, you may encounter a wait (up to 10 minutes) if picking up on our peak days; please plan accordingly.

A complete library of post conference presentations will be made available for conference attendees on Emerson Exchange 365 a few months after the conference.
The 2017 Emerson Global Users Exchange Conference in Minneapolis is expected to be around 2800 attendees.
Casual and business dress are both appropriate. Please avoid wearing red shirts since these are reserved for board member recognition.
Session descriptions are available online via the Session Catalog and you can download an Excel listing from the Agenda page
Conference attendees and their registered guests receive all breakfast and lunch meals, as well as beverages and appetizers at the Technology Exhibit receptions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and the Thursday Networking Event.

Each of the Educational Services short courses offered at the Emerson Exchange receives .3 to .4 CEU’s, depending upon the course.
