Dear Emerson Exchange Member,

Last year the Emerson Global Users Exchange announced a new program for the exclusive use of the members of the Emerson Exchange, the PlantWeb Feedback Tool!  We had an overwhelming response, the results of which will be shared with you at this year’s conference during the “PlantWeb Feedback Update” workshops (see conference agenda at www.EmersonExchange.org for schedule of workshops). 

While the core purpose of the Emerson Global Users Exchange community is to share best practices and tips between users, another important opportunity is to provide structured, constructive feedback to Emerson on its technologies and services.   

The PlantWeb Feedback Program was created by the Emerson Exchange Board of Directors to give all members of Emerson Exchange a voice in the members’ needs for Emerson PlantWeb technology enhancements. Emerson Process Management has committed budget and resources in order to consider the enhancement suggestions, and we are now inviting you to share yours. 

Program Milestones:

·         Members submit PlantWeb feedback suggestions – Now thru October 20^th, 2007

·         The Exchange Board tallies and clarifies suggestions and posts on the Emerson Exchange Members Only Website

·         Members VOTE on their preferred suggestions – October 30^th through November 10^th, 2007

·         The result of the vote becomes a “Top Ten List” for submission to the Emerson PlantWeb Leadership Team

·         The Exchange Board gives feedback to users of the status of submitted and approved enhancements

·         Drawing for 32” Dell LCD HD Television – October 21^st, 2007  (All users submitting suggestions will be eligible for television drawing.)

Please consider this valuable opportunity to let Emerson know what PlantWeb enhancements you need by going to: PlantWeb Feedback  link on the Emerson Exchange website – www.emersonexchange.org .  To become an eligible PlantWeb enhancement request, your suggestions should include any functionality improvements that involve two or more Emerson product divisions (e.g. Rosemount transmitter working with DeltaV, Fisher valve with AMS Suite, etc.).
