Where do I sign up?
In order for us to prepare in advance for your arrival, we are asking that you sign up during registration for Exchange. You will also receive an Evite (electronic invitation) the last week of September requesting your attendance as we know your plans might change from the time you registered for Exchange. We will purchase tickets from the Evite responses and you must have a ticket to enter the park and a wristband to enter our private dinner area and private World of Color show. The ticket and wristband you receive are only valid the night of our event. (NOTE: This event is included in the price of your registration)
Are my guests able to come with me?
Absolutely! All registered guests, included children, are able to participate in this fun adventure. Just remember to include all guests on the Evite and make sure the guest registration fees ($150/guest) are paid in full.
You can register your guest(s) by logging back into the registration site under your login profile. After logging in, click "Purchase Registration Items" next to the Purchase Items section. This will allow you to add packages to your account. You can enter a different credit card than the one used to purchase your registration when you get to the payment page.
What is the schedule for the Disney event?
5:45 pm / Getting There
Exchange attendees and guests can meet at the front entrance of the Hilton to ride the bus or take the 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland®. Bus transportation will only depart and return to the Hilton Anaheim.
Upon arrival to Disneyland®, proceed to the entrance plaza where the Emerson Global Users Exchange ticket desk will be located. Show your conference name badge to the staff in return for your ticket, wristband and merchandise voucher for 20% off purchases totaling $100 or more.
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm / Rides and Attractions
Enjoy the rides and attractions of Disneyland® such as the famous Space Mountain, located in Tomorrowland! Park maps will be available as you enter the park. Disneyland® will close to the public at 9:00 pm.
7:00 pm – 9:00 pm / Food and Beverage
At your leisure, make your way to Frontierland for the Emerson Global Users Exchange private party in the Big Thunder Ranch Jamboree area. Enjoy appetizers, a hot buffet dinner and hosted beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. You won’t want to miss taking home a picture of you and your favorite Disney character. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy and Pluto will all be available for photos.
NOTE: Alcohol must stay in the Big Thunder Ranch Jamboree area and you will need to show your wristband to enter the private party.
9:00 pm - 9:20 pm / Shopping and Exit Disneyland®
As you begin to exit Disneyland®, feel free to browse the many shops available on Main Street and use your merchandise voucher.
9:20 pm - 9:30 pm (don't be late) / World of Color
Please exit Disneyland® and walk across the plaza to California Adventures. We will meet at the entrance to California Adventures and be escorted to our private showing of the amazing World of Color show. You will need to show your wristband to enter into California Adventures as the park will be closed to the public.
10:15 pm / Event Concludes
As the World of Color show concludes, our Disney guides will escort us back to the entrance of California Adventures where you can walk back to your hotel, ride the shuttle to the Hilton or make your way to Downtown Disney for more fun! The last bus will depart Disneyland® at 10:45 pm.
When and where can I pick up my ticket and wristband
Tickets and wristbands will be available for pick up at the entrance of Disneyland on Thursday, October 11 starting at 6:00pm. Just look for the Emerson Global Users Exchange ticket desk located at the front entrance of Disneyland. All you need to do is show your name badge and you will be given your ticket and wristband to enter the park. If you lose your ticket and/or wristband or did not rsvp via Evite (electronic invitation), you will need to purchase a new ticket and/or wristband for $125.00 per person at the ticket desk.
There will be staff available at the Emerson ticket desk from 6:00 pm until 10:45 pm.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable shoes and casual clothes as you will be doing a lot of walking. Knee length shorts, jeans and tennis shoes are acceptable. It does get cool at night so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket. Don’t forget your conference badge!
The average daytime high for Anaheim is 81 degrees and the average low is 57 degrees.
Is transportation provided or should we walk?
Both options are available. Transportation will be provided for conference attendees to and from the Hilton and Disneyland®. Buses will begin departing Hilton at 5:45 pm and the last bus return from Disneyland® will be at 10:45 pm. Walking to Disneyland® is also an option and will take you approximately 15-20 minutes. A walking map will be available on the Disney flier located in your conference bag.
What if I’m not ready to go back to the hotel after the event?
Not a problem! Downtown Disney® District offers many afterhours options such as ESPN Zone Sports Arena, House of Blues and Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen. (closing hours at discretion of venue)
