What is the
2012 Emerson Global Users Exchange Americas Conference?
The Emerson Global Users Exchange Conference was developed to provide end users with a valuable exchange of information among process manufacturers, end-users and Emerson experts. The unique opportunity offers peers the ability to network, view and offer input about developing Emerson technologies and to take away new knowledge, ideas and techniques to help maximize assets and increase profitability.
The Conference includes:

What are the
parking fees at the Hilton Anaheim?
Parking at Hilton Anaheim is $15 per day
for overnight self-parking and $19 per day for overnight valet
parking. Rates include in/out privileges for overnight guests.
Is Transportation available from the airport?
The Hilton Anaheim does not provide shuttle service to and from the airport. There are taxis available outside the airport baggage claim.

What is the expected attendance?
The 2012 Emerson Global Users Exchange Conference in Anaheim is expected to exceed 2300 attendees.
What is the conference attire?
Casual and Business dress are both appropriate.
Where can I find the Conference Abstracts/Session Descriptions?
Session descriptions will be available under the Conference Program - Agenda at a Glance tab on this website at the end of May.
Will presentations be available after the conference?
Presentations will be available on a USB flash drive that will be distributed at Conference Check-In.
Are meals included in the cost of registration?
Conference attendees and their registered guests receive all breakfast and lunch meals, as well as beverages and appetizers at the Technology Exhibit receptions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

How many Professional Development hours can I get for attending the conference?
The number of CEUs earned will be determined once the courses are structured and the conference schedule is created. Please check back in June, when the conference schedule is published on-line.

As always, the 2012 Emerson Global Users Exchange will be both educational and entertaining. Plan your schedule so you won't miss the special events planned for conference attendees.
