Registered Guest Activities (fee applies)

Registered guests of conference attendees are invited to join us for a special guest brunch, to be held on Tuesday, Sep. 28 from 9:30am-11:00am in the Grotto at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, East Side, River Level.    

In addition to a delicious buffet brunch, we will have representatives from the San Antonio Convention & Visitors Bureau in attendance to answer any questions you have regarding local activities. Brochures and coupons for local venues will also be available.

Registered guests of attendees may also attend all of the following:

• All scheduled Emerson Exchange meals
  • Breakfast, Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
  • Lunch, Monday - Thursday, 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
  • Box lunch on Friday
     
• Exhibits and receptions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening
   
• Social / Networking event on Thursday evening
