Parking:
At the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention
Center
Emerson Exchange attendees will receive a
discounted self parking rate of $8.00/day.
Valet parking will be charged at current hotel
rates of $18.00/day.
The Gaylord Texan is approximately 10 minutes
from the Dallas-Fort Worth International
Airport.
At the Hyatt Regency DFW (overflow hotel)
Self parking, for overnight hotel
guests, is complimentary for the nights they
stay in the hotel.
All overnight guests must have their parking
ticket (toll booth ticket) validated by the
electronic validation system at the Front Desk.
Hotel will only validate tickets for overnight
guests. No parking while traveling permitted in
the Hyatt parking lots.
Valet parking is $8.00 per day and overnight
valet use is $12.00 per day with in/out
privileges. The valet service is open daily
from 5:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.
Directions from Airport to the Gaylord Texan
Resort & Convention Center:
Take the north exit out of the
airport toward highways 635/121.
Continue north on 121 and take the Bass Pro
exit.
Turn left on to Bass Pro.
Go straight past Embassy Suites (on your
right) at the light go left on Highway
26 West.
Continue through the stop light on Fairway
Drive.
Turn right into the hotel entrance on
Gaylord Trail.
